Shipping & Delivery

+ How much is shipping?

We have a flat rate shipping fee structure of: $12.00 for North Island, $17 for North Island Rural, $17.00 for South Island and $22 for South Island Rural. Deliveries are Monday - Friday. For Saturday deliveries and outer Islands please email us at hello@gratitude.co.nz for a quote. If you place an order during the weekend, the order will be dispatched on the next working day.

+ Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide, across New Zealand. Auckland and Northland deliveries should be received the next day but please allow 2 days from time of purchase for lower North and South Island deliveries.

+ Can I track my delivery?

You will be sent an email with your courier tracking number so you can track your delivery.

+ Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No. Couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

+ Can I send my gift box order direct to the recipient if not myself?

Yes, gift boxes will be sent to the shipping address entered at time of ordering. If there are any special instructions we need to know about please leave details in the ‘Add any Additional Info’ field at checkout.

 
 
Gift boxes & Cards

+ Is there a gift card included in each box?

After you have chosen your gift box you can add a free Gratitude confetti card (like a postcard) or purchase a gift card from our range. You can then write your gift card message at checkout and we will hand write the message on it for you.

+ Can I create a custom box?

Yes you can. It really is easy to follow the 3 step Build a Box section - start by adding the box to your cart and selecting the wrap style colour scheme. Then add a gift card and select the individual items you would like to include. We will pack the gift box up for you and send it on to the lucky recipient.

+ Can I order several gifts and send to multiple addresses?

Yes, even though the checkout doesn't have a separate address field for each product, you can enter further instructions in either the "Add any Additional Info" section at checkout and send us details manually by email (hello@gratitude.co.nz) just so we have everything we need.

If for some reason you wish to cancel your order, we will refund the cost of the gift box less a 3% admin fee.

+ Can we place custom orders?

Yes, we can work with any budget and other criteria you might have. You may wish to package up existing pre-designed Gratitude gift boxes with your own branding and add some product of your own, customise your own boxes using any of the products from our Build a Box range or fully customise an entire gift box with product we can source for you. Email us at hello@gratitude.co.nz and we can go from there.

+ Can we source other boxes/wrapping solutions if required?

Yes, there are many options when it comes to boxes and we know there will be a solution for you. Just email us with your enquiry.

 
Promotions & Incentives

+ How does the buy 4, get 5th gift box half price offer work?

It’s really simple, we want to reward and thank you for your loyalty - purchase any four gift boxes and the fifth gift box purchase will be half price. Build your own gift boxes count as well.

+ How will I be able to redeem my half price purchase?

We will send you an email shortly after your fourth gift box purchase including a unique promo code that will be valid for a three month period. When you purchase your fifth gift box, just use the promo code at time of checkout and your 50% discount will apply.

+ How many nominations can I make for the Give Some Gratitude initiative?

You can nominate as many people as you'd like but only one lucky person will be selected each month from all nominations.

+ When will someone be selected for the Give Some Gratitude initiative?

One person will be selected at the end of the month and the person who nominated them will be contacted to arrange gift delivery.

+ How does the Corporate Incentive work?

If an organisation you refer to us confirms and pays for their first corporate gift box order, we will reward you with a gift box of your own choosing up to the value of $100. It will be delivered to an NZ address only. Should you wish to increase the value of the gift box we will invoice you the additional fee.

+ Can I refer multiple businesses for the Corporate Incentive offer?

Yes you can but in order to be eligible for the gift box valued up to $100, the business/organisation you refer must have confirmed and paid for their first gift box order. We will only reward someone with one gift box valued up to $100 once per business.

+ When will I receive my gift box valued up to $100 as part of the Corporate Incentive offer?

Once payment has been received from the business/organisation you referred, we will ship the gift box to a New Zealand address of your choosing.
