+ How much is shipping?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $6.50 all across New Zealand for deliveries Monday - Friday. An additional fee of $5.00 applies for rural and Saturday deliveries. If you place an order during the weekend, the order will be dispatched on the Monday.
+ Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide, across New Zealand. Auckland deliveries should be received the next day but please allow 2 days from time of purchase for lower North and South Island deliveries.
+ Can I track my delivery?
Yes you can, you will receive an email from us with your tracking details once your order is dispatched, copy and paste your tracking details into the couriers tracking section of their website and watch your parcel being delivered.
+ Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No we don't.
+ Can I send my gift box order direct to the recipient if not myself?
Yes, gift boxes will be sent to the address clearly entered at time of ordering. If there are any special instructions we need to know about please leave details in the ‘Additional Information’ field at checkout.
+ Is there a gift card included in each box?
At time of purchase you can add a free Gratitude confetti card (like a postcard) or select a gift card from our range for a small fee of $1.50 and we will hand write the message on it for you.
+ Can I create a custom box?
Yes you can, all the product you see in any of the pre-packaged boxes can be selected to make up your own gift box. Please email email@example.com and let us know what you'd like from our collection of items and we can provide a quote with quick turnaround - keep in mind shipping costs can vary if the weight/size of the box differs from too much from existing options.
+ Can I order several gifts and send to multiple addresses?
Yes, even though the checkout doesn't have a separate address field for each product, you can enter further instructions in either the "additional information" section at checkout and send us details manually by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) just so we have everything we need.
+ When will my subscription package start?
Within the first few days of the start of the month following your purchase. So, if you purchased a subscription gift box during the course of a month, you will receive your first and subsequent gift boxes within the first few days of each month following for the duration of the subscription period purchased.
+ Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you purchase a subscription gift box you will be asked to create an account, if you decide to end your subscription, you can unsubscribe by logging in and following the steps.
+ Can I purchase multiple subscriptions?
No you can't. We offer monthly subscriptions that rewnew automatically each month. If you wanted to purchase as a gift for someone else, you just include their details in the shipping area of the checkout process.
+ Can I change my preferences part way through my subscription period?
Yes you can but it would have to be a manual process. If you wanted to change please email us email@example.com and tell us what you would like to change to.
+ We’d love to collaborate with GRATITUDE, how can I do that?
We love to collab with like-minded businesses - might be a product launch, a gift box range for staff or an event gift box, we want to help make you and your brand story shine .... send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your ideas, and we'll be in touch!
+ Can we place custom orders?
Yes, we can work with any budget and other criteria you might have. You might like to package up existing GRATITUDE gift boxes with your own branding, you might like to customise your own boxes using any of the products from our range online or you might prefer to fully customise an entire gift box with product we can source for you...let’s get in touch sooner rather than later...send an email to email@example.com and we can go from there. You might also like to mix and match from the products in our range to make up your own custom gift box. This is an easy and quick custom solution.
+ Can we source other boxes/wrapping solutions if required?
Of course - there are many options when it comes to boxes and we know there will be a solution for you. Just email us with your enquiry.
+ How does the buy 4, get 5th gift box half price offer work?
It’s really simple, we want to reward and thank you for your loyalty - purchase any four gift boxes (excluding the subscription gift box range) and the fifth gift box purchase will be half price (excluding subscription range gift boxes). Build your own gift boxes count as well.
+ How will I be able to redeem my half price purchase?
We will send you an email shortly after your fourth gift box purchase including a unique promo code that will be valid for a three month period. When you purchase your fifth gift box, just use the promo code at time of checkout and your 50% discount will apply.
+ How many nominations can I make for the Give Some Gratitude initiative?
You can nominate as many people as you'd like but only one lucky person will be selected each month from all nominations.
+ When will someone be selected for the Give Some Gratitude initiative?
One person will be selected at the end of the month and the person who nominated them will be contacted to arrange gift delivery.
