Delivery fees and general information

We use a service called GO SWEET SPOT for all our deliveries.

We do offer a standard delivery fee, NZ wide of $6.50 Monday - Friday.

If you would like your delivery to be made on a Saturday or live rurally there is an additional $5 charge.

If you require an overnight delivery please phone or email us directly to arrange your order, if not dispatched before 10am, it may not make its final destination in time.  

Generally, North Island orders are usually delivered the next working day however this isn't guaranteed.  South Island orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.

Couriers will not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

If you have any special instructions e.g. leave at front door if nobody home - please leave these comments in the ‘Additional Information’ box at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you with the tracking details, you will be able to track the delivery directly.  If any issues arise, please contact us via email at hello@gratitude.co.nz

Damaged or faulty goods

In the unlikely event you receive your gift box and an item within is damaged or faulty, please contact hello@gratitude.co.nz detailing the issue. If the item is faulty, we will go back to the supplier for a replacement and get this to you as quickly as possible.
